Why We're Called Mr. Perfect
Years ago, while working for a large national plumbing company, Jeremy took a call from a customer who had spent the whole conversation tearing into the office staff. When he couldn't get a word in, he finally muttered, 'Are you so perfect?' She never heard it, but his coworkers did. By the next morning, the whole office was calling him Mr. Perfect. The nickname stuck, and it became our name. The way we see it, nobody's perfect. But we do our best on every single job.
